|While tie-dyed ripped jeans and black combat boots might not make this campus man the ideal boyfriend to introduce to your family over the holidays, you've got to give it to him - his look is a statement and it definitely works for him!|
We'd like to welcome Elizabeth Heyman to Campus Sartorialist! She is a first year at Columbia University, and while she plans to major in Political Science with a concentration in International Relations, her passions include photography and singing. A Los Angeles native, her recent move to the "Big Apple" has opened her eyes to new designs and fashion around campus and the rest of the city.
Her first contribution is of Augustus Shaw, the man behind Mr. Talented. Also make sure to check out Elizabeth's Flickr here!
Ivy League style permeates nearly every fiber of American fashion and is a staple of most colleegs in the US. A new exhibition at The Museum at FIT delves into the history of Prep culture and fashion, so if you're in New York City between now and January 5th, make sure to check it out!
|For more photos check out the WWD coverage of the exhibit!|
